A new experiment is ongoing! I got some very ripe, sweet strawberries that were in the section fruta de compota. But instead of straight doing marmelade, this time I want to ferment them. After slicing the strawberries in small pieces, I added 2 spoons of my water kefir as a starter (also kombucha, milk kefir would work), one spoon of honey and a little bit of filtered water. Now the fermentation is ongoing

I will keep you updated how they turn out in 3 to 4 days.
